Akshata attended the book launch last week for author Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni’s most recent work, “An Uncommon Love: The Early Life of Sudha and Narayana Murthy,” along with her parents, Narayana and Sudha Murthy.

At the function, which was held at Bengaluru’s St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, the founder of Infosys reminisced about his early 1970s encounter with Sudha. As a voracious reader, Sudha was drawn to Murthy’s roommate’s vast book collection, which sparked their first conversation.

Narayana Murthy and his spouse gave insights into their lives during the book launch. The story of the couple’s first meeting fascinated the audience during the occasion. Accompanying Akshata and her daughters Anoushka and Krishna was their son Rohan Murty.
