Bollywood star Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui has accused him of rape and filed a case with Versova Police station on the city in Friday, adding another twist to their continuing tale.
In the video upload, she stated, “A rape complaint (with proof) has been filed against him. Aaliya cried when allegedly recalling her ordeal, “Whatever may happen, I will not allow my precious babies to fall in their merciless hands”
The couple, who were married in 2009, has been making an accusation against each other and their children, son Yaani and daughter Shora, in the media for the past few weeks.
Nawazuddin’s mother reported Aaliya to the police in January 2022 for allegedly breaking into the actor’s house, and Aaliya responded by reporting her mother-in-law for using domestic violence.
Nawazuddin was criticized for wanting custody of their children, and in response, Aaliya said that he has never known the joy of having children, didn’t know how to change a diaper, didn’t realize when the children had grown up, and is now attempting to “steal” them from her to demonstrate that he is a good father.
She stated. “He is a coward dada; he is exploiting his status and fame to steal he children (who are admitted to Dubai school) from a mother, but forgets that Almighty is the most powerful.”
Aaliya argued that despite giving Nawazuddin the most significant years of her life, he had never accepted her as his wife, despite the fact that she had always thought of him as her spouse.
She claimed that in addition to already having financial losses, Nawazuddin had further undermined her from all sides. Despite this, she maintained complete faith in the legal system and expressed optimism that the decision would be in her favour.
In earlier posts, she had said that her husband and mother-in-law did not offer food and other basic necessities, set limitations on her access to the bathroom, how she and her kids were purportedly locked in a room in nawazuddin’s home.
