Oscar -winning actor Jamie Foxx is currently being observed in a hospital in Georgia, according to a source with knowledge of the situation who spoke to CNN.
The person stated that “they are conducting tests and still attempting to determine precisely what occurred.”
Foxx was in Atlanta, Georgia, filming the Netflix production “Back in Action.” The medical episode did not occur on the set, and Jamie Foxx was not taken to the hospital by an ambulance, the source previously told CNN.
According to a different person familiar with the movie’s production, filming is “currently underway and expected to wrap up next week.”
The insider did not go into detail regarding if Foxx still had sequences to shoot or if he would be returning to the set.
On Instagram on Wednesday night, his daughter Corinne Foxx wrote that her father has encountered a “medical complication,” but added that he was “on his way to recovery.”
