Infosys, which signed further than 50,000 new graduates last time, has temporarily suspended lot reclamation, according to Chief Financial Officer Nilanjan Roy.

Last time, we signed 50,000 freshers in expectation of demand. We still have a substantial pool of fresh gift,” Nilanjan Roy told to PTI. In response to a question about lot hiring for this time, Roy stated,” As effects stand, it’s doubtful that we will be conducting lot reclamation this year. But we will assess the situation daily.”

Accenture, another major IT company in India, has informed its workers via dispatch that there will not be payment hikes for the time 2023 in India and Sri Lanka.
