At today’s Rozgar Mela, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave out about 71,000 appointment letters to new hire. At 10:30 am, Modi spoke to the freshly enrolled recruits via video conference.
Through the Karmayogi Parambhm, an online orientation course that instructs all new recruits in various government sectors, these newly chosen recruits will also be given the chance to train and develop themselves further.
The Prime Minister hailed the new hiring changes in his speech and said that they had done away with corruption and nepotism.
He underlined the government’s position on young empowerment and offered his congratulations to the new hires on their positions.
The establishment of the Rozgar Mela, is evidence of the government’s commitment and drive to attaining that objective.
In order to increase employment, PM Modi noted that Rs, 34 trillion has been invested in capital projects and essential infrastructure.
This year’s budget includes Rs. 10 trillion to provide comparable opportunities.
Modi went on to emphasise the achievements brought about by the 40,000 Km of electrified train lines. He cited the swift growth of the metro rail system as well as the enhanced rural areas brought about the effective road networking.
The Prime minister closed his speech by urging the recruits to embrace opportunities and advance the country.
The Rozgar Mela is a gathering of companies and job seekers that takes place at 45 different venues.
Jobs are available in both Central Government Departments and State Governments/UTs that are supporting the project.
The PM choose fresh recruits from all throughout the nation to address at the ceremony at his addressees.
These recruits were given opportunities to work as Gramin Dak Sevaks, Principals, Trained Graduate Teachers, Inspectors of Posts, Commercial-cum-Ticket Clerks, Junior Clerks-cum-Typists, Junior Accounts Clerks, Track Maintainers, Assistant Section Officers, Lower Division Clerks, Sub Divisional Officers, Tax Assistants, Assistant Enforcement Officers, Inspectors, Constables, Head Constables, Nursing Officers, Assistant Security Officers, Firemen, and Assistant.
The government wants to emphasise job creation and job generation with the Rozgar Mela. By giving these kids chances and opening the door for widespread involvement, the Mela aims to empower the country’s youth and ultimately build the nation.
The Mela is intended for people between the ages 18 and 35 who have completed grades 8 through 12, an ITI diploma, a graduate degree, etc.
The government uses several strategies to communicate with this population, including national print advertising, mass SMS messages delivered to the group, social media, etc.
To further engage the youth and promote involvement, the government also regularly hosts workshops at the college and university levels in and near the Rozgar Mela regions.
Additionally. the Kaushal Mela, which enables young people to sign up for training in skill development, was held in conjunction with the festival. Additionally, there were plans in place for the job searchers to receive counselling.
