On Wednesday, PM Modi conducted a Pooja at the newly constructed India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) building in New Delhi. The G20 Leaders Summit in India will take place in September at the largest MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) venue in the nation.
Modern facilities are housed within the renovated ITPO complex, commonly referred to as the Pragati Maidan complex, which has a space of about 123 acres. The pooja was attended by hundreds of guests, dignitaries, and other invited parties. PM Modi
According to a formal announcement made by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the redevelopment of the ITPO complex as a national project cost close to Rs 2,700 crore. PM Modi
One of the top 10 exhibition and conference complexes in the world is the rebuilt International Exhibition-cum-conference Centre (IECC) complex at Pragati Maidan.
It competes directly with venues like the National Exhibition and the Convention Centre (NECC) in Shanghai and the Hannover Exhibition Centre in Germany. PM Modi

This infrastructure would strengthen India’s position as a major global event host. With a magnificent seating capacity of 7,000 people on Level-3 of the Convention Centre, the IECC is ideally suited for hosting large-scale conferences, international summits, and cultural events.
Additionally, it is said that the complex’s seating capacity exceeds that of Australia’s Sydney Opera House.
The complex’s display halls offer seven cutting-edge venues for various uses. Additionally, these halls will offer a perfect setting for exhibitors and businesses to interact with their target market.
A 3,000-seat amphitheatre is another building inside the ITPO complex. There are about 5,500 parking spaces available at the arena.
Visitors will have no trouble finding the complex because to the signal-free roads surrounding it.
